Hey guys,

I was thinking about putting up a commodore bbs, but hours of looking have not produced a single petscii art pack from back in the day... I remember multipage petsciis of some awesome work, truely beautiful stuff.

So I was hoping if anyone had a link, or some nice packs they could post here or what not. I don't want to put up another lame bbs just for the sake of having one. If I am going to do it, I think it should be representative of the old days and what made the commie great! Not just another color ansi linux board...

I have this very sort of site in the works because, as you discovered, one doesn't currently exist. I haven't gotten around to putting up the site yet, but if you'd like, I could e-mail d64's of what I have so far, thanks to several generous contributions. After watching the BBS documentary I went off scouring the net to find ascii art. the art packs are out there but trying to view them is quite hard. I wanted a decent ascii art picture as a desktop background for a true retro flavour.

but there was not as much as I thought there would be , seeing as it was a really big thing back in the day
