I just added a Linksys Wireless-G router to my system, so I could get an Xbox online. Unfortunately, my BBS is now OFFLINE!! How do I make it so the faithfull Commodore users can access my BBS?

Get into your Linksys router config using your browser and put the IP address of the router in the URL line. Once logged in, look for a screen like this one.. Create an entry like the ones I'm using for my VNC machine, using the IP and port of the machine your C64 is connected to. Once you've done that anyone who connects from the outside world on that port, the router will connect it to the machine at the IP address you specify. I have two different machines setup so that I can VNC into them, you should only need one entry. Jeff

If you're running a Linksys router, I highly recommend DD-WRT firmware. Much better than stock.

Thanks Jeff, you're awesome!! That worked perfect! I thought it was going to be a nightmare to figure out without the help.
