Time to push the boundaries out even more! Old skool terminals... (http://www.petscii.com/terminals)
Ok, so you've tried the TelBBS scene using CGterm..
How about Touchterm 3.9 under WinVICE? I just logged into Temporal Vortex complete with custom cursor.
I'm creating an updated "Getting the 64 Online" FAQ for this year. Will be released here soon.

How about Touchterm 3.9 under WinVICE? Check the message base on your BBS. You'll see that I was logging into your BBS with TouchTerm running under VICE last year. It's a hassle but it's as authentic as you get without breaking out the old breadbin.

Was it WinVICE you were using?
Yeah, with all the problems I'm having with my eyes of late, emulation has been a good turn for me as I have a 20" flatscreen.
As soon as I get my cataract surgery out of the way, I suspect I will be moving back to my SX64. RRnet on the real thing is still something I want to try.

Was it WinVICE you were using? No, it was with the OS X/X11 version but I assumed it was also doable with WinVICE because people were using VICE to run actual bulletin boards. Anyway, options are always a good thing. Have we missed any?
