Mike Martin mentioned some of my login graphics did not show up correctly on his CCGMS. It has been awhile since I typed in commodore graphics. I want to make sure all my ASCII/ANSI/Commodore CG screens are getting displayed right. Mike said something about lower-case graphics don't display right. But, I noticed on his BBS that the upper case graphic for J was displayed as 'J' in CG term. I feel like I've forgotten so much about how to use that machine! Why o why did I throw all my RUN magazines away 8 years ago!!!!!

Your Screens show up just fine using both CCGMS and CG term.
What I have noticed is that CG term does not display UPPER case graphics correctly. The screens that don't show exactly right on my board is a mix of upper and lower case.
I put mci commands in a full uppercase graphic display just to make sure the bbs was right and CG term still did not display the graphic right
Sorry if I was not clear on that
Mike

CGTerm just doesn't seem to switch cases when it receives a CHR$(142) or CHR$(14). You can switch cases manually by pressing ESC and then ALT, then the screens look fine, but you also have to change back manually.
CCGMS also had a little enhancement that some other terminal programs used: A Ctrl-B or CHR$(2), followed by any color code, would change the background color. This was used, for example, in Nuke'Em's retinal scan to make a black line move up a red screen.
CCGMS also had two bell sounds: a ding for Ctrl-G, and a gong for Ctrl-V. And a weird high-pitched "stunted" gong that happened when a Ctrl-V came right before a Ctrl-G.
