FYI. A result of the popularity of an older episode interviewing several retrocomputing luminaries, the Security Now podcast is doing a long series on how computers work. They called the first episode "Let's Build a Computer". And the latest one is on machine language. I still working my way through the ML one, but pretty good so far. I think they occasionally burble on some of the technical details, but then that's not the point of these. I get it from iTunes, or you can find it at TWIT.tv.
I love Security Now. I got a few episodes behind when I first found retrobits. I'm caught up on both now. Generally if Steve makes a mistake, a listener will let him know and he will point it out in the following show. I have high regards for him and his show.
