I wrote this handy little program. It is in BASIC and sort of spaghetti code since I was in a hurry. But it gives the user a user-friendly interface for modifying the main 16-color palette with sample colors on the screen. What is great about this is that you can change the palette and then run any regular C64 program and the colors remain the way you set them. You can also change all the chroma values to zero and put it all in black and white. The any C64 program runs in black and white.
