Click on the Details button, you'll see that's still the NTSC version - the PAL version is being made in the factory right now, but is not available for sale yet, sorry.

it mentions california games though.
but since they can't both be true, I'd bank on the game list being the typo and ntsc being correct.

These look like the NTSC version 1 stick... You might want to double check that before they get shipped to you...
