Hey everyone. I installed all the Qlink stuff yesterday and the set up works fine until I am asked to put in the phone number. When I'm at that screen it is unresponsive to any numbers I try including thr & and the + sign I attempted. Anyone able to give me some advice?

Can you give us a bit more background information? Are you using an actual 64 or VICE? When you say unresponsive do you mean that nothing appears on the screen when you press a key? My recollection is that I used "+5551212" as the phone number which worked. It might take a bit of time to figure out exactly what's wrong and how to fix it but I'm sure we can get you connected so hang in there and don't get frustrated.

Thanks! I am using VICE 1.16 and I do get the screen and the prompt to enter the number. However when I try and enter the &5551212 or +5551212 the prompt just sits there. Everything else works fine on the screen. I can change modem types etc etc. Just the one option to change the number is a problem and doesn't accept any input.

Don't forget, the VICE keyboard mapping is actually the C64 keyboard mapping.....
Meaning.
You acutally have to hit - to type a +, as the C64 reversed them.
