I posted this on the C-1 list:
I talked about how I used super snap shot on Pitstop to go right though cars. Well It was not that. It was "Pole Position" I have my DTV now with S-Video. It looks super good with it! I have the disk drive and keyboard on it. "Pole Position" don't load because it uses V-max fast load that don't work with the DTV. A Maverick fast load did. I would think JiffyDOS would work with it too. I found a disk that I saved my Pole Position to with the hacks I put on it. I put on the jackit of this disk this info.
A11F AND #01
A12A AND #01
A164 AND #10
9055 Put to #60 for no crashing in cars.
That's the hacks I remember doing and thought it was on Pitstop. I was wrong it was on Pole Position.
I used COMPUTE!'s Music System for the Commodore 128 and 64 The Enhanced Sidplayer. I only loaded the basic demo player. I played the commodore song. I can tell it don't sound just like my C64/128 does. Near the end of the song it the sound starts to kakel some. In other music can here small kakeling type sound mostly between notes. I thought the SID in this was not 100% and this shows it is not. But wow you know Jeri did a very good job trying to do a SID. To bad she did not have the info. just how they did the SID chip to copy it. Because it's hard to buy a SID chip now. I don't think any one is making them any more.
With world karate champion I found a disk that I saved it with super snapshot and it's saved with a hack I did on that auto finds your 2nd sid chip and then will use stereo by the music coming out of one side and the fighting sounds come out of the other side. I made it so you could press F7 and it would swop sides. I loaded this with the DTV. The R fire will trun the music on or just the fighting sounds on. The DTV A and B buttions on the DTV will start it as a 1 or 2 player. I know the 3 buttons don't do this with the built in world karate champion on the DTV. I just loaded this with my C64c and it's the F keys. F1 for 1 player F3 for 2 players. So the DTV A must be F1 and the B must be F3. Pressing F7 is like pressing the R fire on the DTV. Looks like the other buttons are the F keys. I guess they made it like that because most programs use them for stuff like this.
