I noticed that two types of DTV's have been released..
Some of them have "Commodore64" on the front and some have "C64" on the front.
I have three labeled "C64" and two (including the one I hacked) labeled "Commodore64" on the front of the unit.
Also it there are two button types... Some of them have grey pads, and others have yellow pads inside for the joysitck switches. Looks like the yellow switches have "better feel"
Poll.. Which type do you have?
I think Jeri would love to see the results on this...

Mine says "Commodore 64" on it.
It also has trouble with "down" and the SID white noise is quite poor. I'll post more in another message.

I have 2 and both have red buttons and the word Commodore on them. Not just C=64. Jeri said the ones with Commodore on them are rare ones.

I just received 2 more units from QVC. They are both labeled C64. One has the yellow pads (041028) and the other has grey pads (041030). The unit with the yellow pads does feel looser.

So is one better than another? Does one experience more problems with the SID and joystick than others? If so.. which one should I want? I plan to order one (or a few) in the new year.. too broke from Christmas shopping right now.

Mine is labeled C=64 and has RED buttons on it. When someone says buttons/pads color (yellow/grey), they mean the pads inside the unit used by the joystick movements. ;D Mike
