Guys,
Hope all is well. Happy Thanksgiving! I wanted to send this out and find out what is happening with Q-Link Reloaded. Is it dead or alive. Are you still developing it or is it over? I hope it is still alive. I hope it has not been abandoned. It is still a great idea and I know other people would be interested to being able to go back to those golden years. The only thing I can see keeping people from exploring it is the technical setup it takes to make your computer ready to log in. If this was automated (Win/Linux/Mac - setup a script to setup the needed items to logon to Q-Link Reloaded) on the users side, I believe you would have many more people coming to visit.
Looking to hearing from anyone of the Devs or main users helpers.
Thanks,
SF

SF I agree with this. I've been playing around with the BETA of the Mac OSX port cocoa. I haven't been able to figure out how to set it up with Q. I had it working on 1.22, never tried 2.1 until last month, and some setting on that affected my 1.22 and then I could no longer connect to Q, getting a frame error. I haven't experimented with WinVice yet. Still using 1.22 on there.

I just want to the 'main' website and it looks like a page that a domain puts up when it has expired. I went to Jim Brain's site and it just says QuantumLink RELOADED! on it.
So I have two questions.
1) How do you set up Q-Link Reloaded to work? A lot of threads keep saying get your clients ready.
2) Is Q-Link Reloaded still being looked at and being 'invented'?

It's still running, and it's not abandoned. But, it's a major time suck, and other things have taken priority at present. But, I am working my way around to it, since this year is the 25th Anniversary.
It's currently hosted at ltshosting.net (well, it always was, but Jeff let the qlink domain name expire) So, port 5190 should put you into the system.

ShadowM has Q-Link reloaded on his Raspberry Pi!
I got on there were a real C64 and just tested who to get on with Vice.
Had to in setting of RS232 put RS232 device 1 to "67.53.180.28:5190" That's his IP address. Seems like it will not work with the name qlink.lyonlabs.org:5190
Have to set the RS232 setting too click Enable RS232 and Userport baud rate to 1200.
