I thought I'd just bump this thread a little. It's been a while since the DTV and the 1541-III firmware has been discussed here, and I figured most people has put their fully modded DTV into a drawer ...like me. Has anyone done som new modding to their DTV the past year, or have some cool info to share ? Let's hear it Espen

Thanks for the bump. Perhaps I should tear apart one of the Hummer DTV's I have. (I just don't want to pull apart a joystick-style DTV.) Happy New Year! Writing from Portland, Oregon, Robert Bernardo Fresno Commodore User Group videocam.net.au/fcug

yeah, i have been visiting this site every now and then. The activity seems to be from Robert always. BTW..Hummer(s) for sale at Lemon64 supermarket site --if anyone interested. The seller has taken them from the original case. H e is just selling the hummer and electronics. As for me, I still have 2 RS Hummers still in the box that I was planning to mod but then again I have already 4 modded ones...so like most people have done, they are in the closet for now.

hereĀ“s a bump again.....nice to keep the threads alive I wonder if there are any more HW fix we can do to the DTV. I guess the next step is to focus on the SW side...much cool stuff can be done here. If you have the time

Happy 2015 :-) It has for sure been many years since this thread was electrifying It was so much fun to work with the 1541-DTV-3 and JSailly to test the ROM files and adapting things to get it working. Here is a high five to expert and jsailly for all their help :-)
DId we reach the end of the project or have you guys done further stuff to this afterwords ?
Regs, Espen
