Looks like the new version of the IDE64 will have RRnet support as well as a USB connection for file transfer. I'm drooling... ide64.org/ide64v4.htmlJeff

Looks pretty cool... IDE64 seems like the best storage solution out there right now - but it's hard to justify getting a $150 storage device for a $5 computer. (Mind you, I'd still buy it in a heartbeat if my plans for my C64 were such that I could really take advantage of it.) Hopefully the new rev will be cheaper or at least the same price. Or maybe I can get a good deal on a used one once the current owners decide they need to upgrade!

MMC64 is good for playing single-file games, but it disappears once the C64 boots up.
IDE64 has so much more - read/write, DOS wedge, subdirectories, multi-file game support, machine code monitor, real-time clock, CDROM support...
