Yikes. That was scary. I remember an SPA sponsored anti-piracy blurb at the end of the Computer Chronicles but I can't remember if they said "Don't copy that floppy" or "Spread the word, not the disk." Regardless, there wasn't any rapping which was probably a good thing because Stewart Cheifet is one of the least funky humans ever.

Should do a follow up "Don't copy that DVD, but hey it doesnt matter if you do, the prices are sky high they won't even notice if you do!"

I have to go with Golan on this one, that was frightening. But strangely amusing. And for the record, I would pay real money to see Stewart Cheifet rap. Remember when a game fit on a floppy? Oh for the love of...now that song is going through my head. (don't copy! don't copy that floppy! arrrrrrrgh) Jeff, I am blaming this on you...

In the UK we never really had any public information ads like that, only the occasional F.A.S.T advert but that was just advising against buying games from market stalls.
