While virtually unknown in North America, the BBC Micro B was one of the best selling 8 bit computers in the UK and after a bit of a hiatus, the Acorn name is about to be resuscitated. Acorn is set to release a series of PC notebooks running Windows XP. For more information on what Acorn has been up to lately see feed.proteinos.com/item/4275. Can a BBCDTV be far behind?

well done for digging that up, thats very good news! In the 80's the BBC micro was probably one of the first computers children got their hands on as pretty much every school had one.
I have fond memories of staying behind after school for weekly computer club. me and my best mate would have the BBC micro all to ourselves!
And getting to play with Turtle graphics and LOGO with the robotic turtle attached to the computer was just the coolest thing
