Wanted to say hello!

That is great news... once I get some new Commodore equipment and a PC setup for it I will have to give it a shot.
Is there anyway to get this to work through an emulator such as WinVICE?

WARNING: Do not play Leif unless you want your base handed to you. Hey, don't scare off my opponents so quickly! Seriously, I am looking for more people to play the game with. I was wondering about how to make this easier for people to play. What about a 'Modem Wars Kit' that included: -A pre-made serial interface and cable, that had everything needed between 64's User Port and PC COM Port -A 5.25" disk with the preconfigured Modem Wars game disk (but be wary of copyrights...) -A 3.5" PC disk with TCPSER 1.0RC7 (Win32 binaries, Linux source) and a Win32 GUI 'Wrapper' that launched it with the correct parameters -Hard or soft copies of the manual and maps. As close to plug-n-play as possible.

Hi Lief! I don't scare away that easily. Back in the day, I played MODEM WARS a lot, so with a little practice I _might_ be a challenge. The kit you speak of sounds like a great idea. Right now I'm just using emulation for my Commodore computing, but am gonna pick up another 64/1541/etc. here sometime soon. But I'm gonna need the stuff required to hook it up to a PC.
