Today, I am so glad I own a Dremel. Mounting up the PS/2 and IEC DIN jacks was a little tricky, given the size of the jacks themselves. I ordered them from DigiKey, The PS/2 is p/n CP-2650-ND. The IEC DIN is p/n CP-1260-ND. Pictures at www.rant-central.com/nudge-nudge/ExpansionPorts. Full resolution this time. I'll probably re-upload the power jack pic set at full res, seeing as Gallery is cool enough to auto-thumb. I have S-video jacks on order, so I'll probably go back and add one to this unit just for completeness. But the next project will be to build another unit into a more easily accessable chassis so i can hack on I/O. Happy New Year!

DigiKey was a little faster than I expected. My S-Video jacks (along with a large pile of 6-pin DIN inline plugs/jacks) came in today. Unfortunately, the S-Video jack just won't fit anywhere. The "ears" are too wide don't sit outside like the IEC and PS/2 jacks. Oh, well... I'll save S-Vid for the next platform.
