Ok, Looks like Slashdot accepted my re-submission, so sooner or later we'll be looking at some additional traffic.
I've disconnected the link to the forum, and the link to the rather large Qlink installer. (I need my server and forum to survive!) I will restore the links as things settle back down.
Someone post here if you catch the story before I do.

I been checking Slashdot every day. When I got up today it was up there!
I booted the new Q-Link and went right to people connection. (PC) not a lot of people and only 1 room. I guess it will take time.

Except for the occasional offhand comment, I think most of the Slashdot crowd seemed to find it rather interesting. I also noticed a few longed to return to the C64 so the slashdot article may bring back a few people into the community. Excellent!

This was the best thing to happen to Q-Link reloaded. I managed to carry on interesting conversations for several hours during the day when things are normally near dead.
