The issue is in line 28030
replace:
....elsea$=a$+right$(mid$(str(i)+"0",2),2)
with
....elsea$=a$+right$("0"+mid$(str(i),2),2)
Worked for me.
The 59 thing you see is a common way to handle the expansion of 2 digit years to 4 digit ones. It's called the date window. Anything 60+ is assumed to be 1900 +. Anything < 60 is considered 2000.
That said, though, the entire chunk of code there is needlessly complex. Even though it asks for YY, it will accept YYYY, but it strips off the century before line 28030, and then adds it back on in lines 28999+
When I get a moment, I will clean up that code and repost the file.
FOr now, though, just edit that line, save a new version, rename/replace, and go on with life. I would also change the text to say YYYY, since it will accept it already.
