Hi all,
I'm putting the finishing touches on Part 2 of the Chuck Peddle Interview. It should be online within the next few days.

Chuck Peddle was right to think highly of his accomplishments, and he was doubly correct in the assertion that he was able to create an entire generation where kids of the 1980s became computer literate (by learning BASIC).
The generation that came after this did become computer literate, but mostly on the networking and web page design side of things. Where is the desire to learn how to program? Something was lost since the old days.
Chuck Peddle is a giant of computer history, he actually taught the "two Steves" (of Apple) a few things as well.

It would be nice if he did get the credit he deserved.

yeah he never gets a look in and is pretty much solely responsible for starting the microcomputer revolution. The two steves always get all the credit.
Good to know he is involved with a lot of current stuff, wonder if there is a list of hardware/software he is responsible for or developing at the moment?
