I think you should include descriptions of the FD50 and FD15 bugs though (i.e destruction of memory at $a000/$8000 and $FD30) Also a trace-through of the basic load procedure and relinking will be helpful for a lot of people.
I know I struggled a bit before being able to do a clean reset/basic load/run.
I actually documented it only to know roughly what's going on while developing/debugging FC64, and figured it could be of interest for others too.
We're currently quite busy polishing FC64 and implementing missing features (like sprite/sprite collision, and SID emulation), but when i find some time i'm going to update/finish documenting it (some of those documents are work in progress yet anyways).
If you, or anybody else, could help me documenting that, that'd be awesome.
