Hello!
I have a normal DTV2 (PAL) and HUMMER (NTSC). Is there a chance to switch the video system. Many people know the problem with a DTV2 connected to a TFT. I tried it and the picture is so bad! I also tested my HUMMER and the picture is perfect. The TFT is for PAL and for NTSC. I tested it with a PAL C64 and everything is fine. I need the joystick-ports for my DTV-mod so I can not use the HUMMER PCB. Anyone an idea how to swap the video-system? I think someone has already done it?!
Thank you! Jan aka Cyberdyne
PS: I am looking for a DTV1 in original box for my collection. Can anyone help.

Jan Sorry about that, I left a lot of loose ends last year but I am back again. I just have to pace myself so I don't get burnt out The crystal swap PAL=>NTSC was a real piece of cake. Flash the PAL unit with the fixed Hummer kernal. Then replace the crystal on the PAL unit with the NTSC crystal. Reboot and enjoy. I promise I will post a follow up this week.... es
